Please read these terms carefully before using the xck33 platform. By accessing or using xck33, you agree to be bound by the conditions set out below.

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and xck33 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the xck33 website located at xck33.pro and all associated services, features, games, and promotions offered therein. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use xck33.

By creating an xck33 account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of xck33.

These Terms are available in English. In the event of any inconsistency between a translated version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.

Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your xck33 login credentials confidential. Do not share your password with any third party. xck33 will never ask for your password via email or chat.

Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use xck33, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria. xck33 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any stage and to close accounts that do not meet these requirements.

Eligibility Requirements

  • You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while using xck33.
  • You must be a natural person acting in your own capacity. Corporate entities and persons acting as agents are not permitted to hold player accounts.
  • You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete registration information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Bangladeshi mobile number, and any additional KYC documents requested by xck33.
  • You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on xck33 or have had a prior xck33 account closed for Terms violations.
  • You must not be accessing xck33 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your responsibility to determine the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction.

Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your xck33 account credentials. You must:

  • Choose a strong, unique password for your xck33 account and not reuse it on other websites or services.
  • Keep your registered mobile number active and accessible, as it may be used for account verification and password reset.
  • Notify xck33 support immediately via [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account or suspect your credentials have been compromised.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on xck33 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). xck33 does not accept cryptocurrency, foreign currency, or third-party payment instruments not listed as approved methods on the platform.

Deposit Terms

  • The minimum single deposit is ৳100 via bKash or Nagad. Minimum deposits via bank transfer (BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank) are ৳500.
  • Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits — where the sending account belongs to a different person — are not permitted and will result in immediate account review.
  • xck33 reserves the right to request proof of payment (transaction screenshots, bank statements) before crediting any deposit that cannot be automatically verified.
  • xck33 does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider (e.g. bKash, Nagad, Rocket) may apply their own service charges. These charges are outside xck33's control.

Withdrawal Terms

  • Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same payment method used to make the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to identity verification requirements.
  • The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests submitted before 18:00 BST (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6) on a working day are typically processed within 24 hours. Requests submitted outside these hours may take up to 48 hours.
  • xck33 may require KYC document submission (government-issued photo ID, proof of address, payment method confirmation) before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and is applied uniformly to all players.
  • Bonus funds that have not completed the applicable wagering requirements may not be withdrawn. Only real-money balances (or bonus balances that have fully met rollover conditions) are eligible for withdrawal.

If xck33 suspects that a withdrawal request is connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any violation of these Terms, xck33 reserves the right to withhold the payment pending investigation. Players will be notified and given the opportunity to provide clarifying documentation.

Bonuses and Promotions

xck33 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to individual promotion terms which are published at the time of each promotion. The following general conditions apply to all xck33 bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.

  • Bonuses must be claimed within the promotion period stated in the individual offer. Expired bonuses cannot be reactivated or issued as credit.
  • All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier for each promotion is displayed in the promotion details inside your xck33 account.
  • Not all games contribute equally toward bonus wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino table games, crash games, and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage or not at all. Contribution rates for each game category are shown in the promotion terms.
  • xck33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation of technical errors, or circumvention of promotion rules.
  • Welcome bonuses and first-deposit bonuses are available to new players only. One welcome bonus per player, per household, and per device. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus under multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account closure.
  • Maximum bet size while a bonus is active may be restricted. Placing bets that exceed the maximum permitted stake while bonus funds are in play may result in forfeiture of the bonus and all winnings generated from it.

xck33 does not guarantee that any particular bonus or promotion will be available at any given time . Promotions are offered at xck33's sole discretion and may be withdrawn or amended at any time.

Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct

xck33 is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential permanent ban from the platform.

  • Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with xck33 games, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
  • Colluding with other players, exploiting technical glitches or errors in the platform, or engaging in any form of match-fixing or arbitrage betting that undermines fair play.
  • Opening or operating multiple xck33 accounts under different names, mobile numbers, or devices in order to claim multiple welcome bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.
  • Using funds derived from illegal activity, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or theft, to deposit or wager on xck33.
  • Sharing your xck33 login credentials with another person, allowing another person to operate your account, or acting as a proxy player on behalf of a third party.
  • Engaging in harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour directed at xck33 staff, support agents, or other platform users via any communication channel.

xck33 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Detection of any of the above will result in immediate investigation, and xck33 reserves the right to withhold funds pending the outcome of such investigation.

Responsible Gaming

xck33 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and ensuring that its platform remains a source of entertainment rather than harm. xck33 is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. If you are under 21 years of age, you must not register, deposit, or play on xck33 under any circumstances.

  • Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their xck33 account settings. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase is subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
  • Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session reminders that notify them how long they have been actively playing. These alerts are delivered within the platform interface.
  • Cool-Off Period: Players may request a temporary cool-off period (minimum 24 hours, up to 6 weeks) during which they will be unable to log in to their xck33 account. This option is available via account settings.
  • Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently close their xck33 account due to problem gambling concerns may submit a self-exclusion request to [email protected]. Self-exclusion is permanent and irreversible once confirmed.

Intellectual Property

All content published on xck33 — including but not limited to the xck33 brand name and logo, website design, page layouts, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of xck33 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use xck33 solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You must not copy, reproduce, redistribute, resell, transmit, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any xck33 content without prior written authorisation. Any unauthorised use of xck33 intellectual property may result in account termination and potential legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, xck33 excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions, whether express or implied, in relation to the platform and its services. In particular:

  • xck33 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Maintenance windows, network outages, or third-party service disruptions may temporarily affect platform availability.
  • xck33 shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, whether based in contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if xck33 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
  • In jurisdictions where limitations on implied warranties or exclusion of incidental or consequential damages are not permitted, xck33's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Account Suspension and Termination

xck33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion if any of the following circumstances apply:

  • The player has breached any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to eligibility requirements, prohibited conduct, or bonus abuse.
  • xck33 is required to do so by applicable law, court order, regulatory directive, or a request from a competent authority.
  • The player's account shows signs of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or is connected to a pending law enforcement investigation.

Upon account termination, any real-money balance remaining after deduction of pending withdrawal requests and any legitimately forfeitable amounts will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure.

Privacy and Data Protection

xck33 collects, processes, and stores personal data provided by players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on xck33, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. xck33 uses SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the platform. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities strictly as required to operate the platform and comply with applicable law. Amendments to These Terms
